Thanks for the comments on my recent post . Shep ,as usual , was right . My 1850 was missing the small metal piece that bolted to the operators platform just in front of the brakes. Checked on my friends junk 1850 and it had the piece of metal . Added it to mine (with a fiber lock nut on the bottom to make sure it stays on ) and park brakes work great now . Thank goodness Al Gore invented the internet .

I'm inquiring for my neighbor Bill that is closer to his horse and his cockshut than to a computer does anyone know where he can get injector pump for an 1850 cockshut. thanks for your help.
