Need old parts ID 60 ? or 70 ?

Need help ID'ing following NOS parts.
1. 6 cyl Kerosene/Distillate intake manifold. Part No.D600 E 509 . Maybe a 70?

2. Front grills. BS 1280B(left side) and BS 1280C ( left side). Looks like maybe a 60 and/or 70.

Ron, it seems to me that war time made 70's(1945) is the head you must have. That is if its a six cylinder head as 60's were only four. The 70 did not have much power on kerosene. They had to be changed over to run on gas(gas head not as thick) this was called a field change. The 70's that were Kerosene/distillate would have KD at the end of the serial number on the engine block. There was a two compartment gas tank, as they had to start on gas if there was any to find in that time. hope this helps dana.

Part No BS1280C should be right side.

The part number for the 70 starts with a B. Don't know what series uses a D as the first digit. The manifold could be a 70 part of a field conversion from gas to kerosine.

60 and 70 and the early 77 and 88 all used the same grill.

That D600 number looks like a Continental part number, which would make sense for a 70KD. Karl.
