I would like to know if anybody has any idea what the mechanical lift could be used for besides cultivating. I have a row crop 88 and would like to use it something other than cultivating.

I saw an Oliver 70 at the national show in Le Seuer with a one bottom axle mounted plow that worked off the mechanical lift. My dad's 88 was used on the neighbor's two row mounted picker and it worked off that same cultivator lift. A rockshaft was installed where the front tube for the cultivator was installed. That lifted and lowered the front of the picker.

I have a 60 with a front mounted planter. It works nicely to raise and lower that. I have seen some Olivers with belly mowers that raise and lower with the power lift. Didn't see close enough to tell how it worked.
