Oliver super 88 color scheme(1957)

hello,
i'm not sure what color scheme is right,red or white wheels,a white grill? metal strip in center of
grill that says oliver,red or green?and where to find paint codes? list states green codes only.
where can i find original style headlights? thanks in advance for any info.

Oliver came out with the Super series in 1954. The red wheels were gone and were now green. In 1957 and 58 Oliver brought back the red wheels (sorry Nathan). Why I don't know. The grille stayed yellow and as far as I know the center strip on all Supers was green. Other changes in 1957 was the larger battery door (like the 770 & 880) and they used a key starter with a solenoid instead of the push button on the gas or kick start on the diesel. The green and white paint scheme came out later in 1958 with the introduction of the 770 and 880 series tractors. Much debate on proper paint codes. I won't even attempt that.

When Oliver went to the super series they scratched they red wheels and went to green, same as the rest of the tractor. The only thing yellow was the grill.

We are working on reproducing new 4 3/4" head lights for the late Supers and the early 770/880's They will be available sometime in Jan.
