There is going to be a Cockshutt 570 super up for sale at an auction in my area. What would this tractor be worth? I understand that there were less that 2000 made and has a reputation as being a good tractor.

570 Supers are rare desirable tractors so the collectors and classic tractor pullers will all be there to buy it..If its nice it will take $3,000 or more to buy it.They were a good tractor. It was built in 1961 & 62 according to my info.Had a 339 Hercules rated at 65 PTO HP.I have original sales lit for a 570 Super and it was a hard item to find.Gave a good price for it on ebay and it came from Canada. There are a few 570 Cockshutts around here but no Super 570's.For as long as I can remember the Carrol family from Clarence,MO have pulled a 570 Super Stock tractor in 5700 SS class running on alky and always do good with it.Let us know what it brings.Good Luck!

A little leary to answer. Last couple times I tried to help someone I got a big feud started. Don't know what it's worth. Whatever someone wants to pay I guess. A friend of mine had one. He pulled a 6 row no-till IH Cyclo-Air planter with his. It was all the Cockshutt wanted but it did it. Seemed like a decent tractor to me. Couldn't find 570 Super in Nebraska test book-only sraight 570. It had a Hercules diesel engine and tested 60 PTO horsepower. I assume a 570 Super is similar.
