Oliver 550 seat assembly

I have an Oliver that was purchased new by my father in 1958. It did years of service as a loader tractor (Kelly Loader)and has been repainted once. Its time to do it again. Does anyone have a shop manual picture of the seat assembly. All the parts seem to be there but it is now sitting on the trans/diff assembly on a wooden block. I plan on ordering a manual asap but thought sombody could help me in the meantime.

I don't have a 550 manual, but maybe your 550 has the same seat assembly as the Super 55, later models. Check out the link and let me know if it helps

Thanks Paul Stanley and Gary Petersen for the assistance with my Oliver Tractor seat. It will be very useful. I think the rubber seat spring is worn out and I may need a new one but I will play around now and try to fix what I have first. Many thanks.

My 550 seat twist rubber is shot also and seating on a 2 by 4 I was hoping to use a twist spring that I found in an old junk box...When I can find the time to try it out I think it will work..... .
