Oliver OC4 Gas Engine Question

I have a 58 OC4 Three cylinder crawler and am having trouble starting it. I checked the compression and found that mice had made a nest. I removed the head and had a valve job done at the same time. It fails to start. Compression is about 60 psi. The engine never burns oil and plugs never fouled. What is normal compression and is a new headgasket obtainable. Thank you.

Charles, 60 seems a little low for the 3-cyl. Hercules gas. Glad to hear that there are still some of these running or trying to run out there. The Zimmermans should be able to help with a gasket but you will probably need an overhaul. I still have one new head gasket but was saving for mine, which is a diesel.
