Bleeding hydraulic rams on a loader.

How do you bleed hydraulic rams on a tractor. ?(Cockshut 540)
Which do you do first - the 3P hitch or the rams?
I have bled Brakes but that is all the experince i have had.

If double acting just move them back and forth a few times, no real bleeding needed.

The two rams on the arms are only single action.

Sometimes you need to add wieght to push the rams together while holding valve. On my tractors i don;t bleed single acting cylinders at all. On my truck there is a small plug to loosen near the end.
