BTW, I forgot to mention that it appears that the later models[Mighty Tow, Mighty Hoe, & Mighty Lift(forklift)] didn't sport the model placards on the side, but used decals instead. Without the placards, a careless paint job would obliterate the model. Too bad, too, because it may be rather difficult to find a pattern for the proper ones. Maybe you could check and see if there are any outlines from the placards on the side of the hood, or inside the hood for marks from the placard nuts, and if there are not, it's likely a 2-115 Mighty Tow, rather than a 1950 Industrial. Same tractor, really, just newer, and a different name. I imagine either way, there would still be holes for the placards, as it wouldn't make sense to retool just to eliminate them. The fact that it says, '1950' on the SN plate makes me wonder, though; I would think it might say, '2-115' if it were a Mighty Tow. My 1650 backhoe is a 1965 model, so it's too old to be called a Mighty Hoe, and therefore has model placards on the side, and says, '1650' on the SN plate. Hope some of this helps, or makes sense. Just to try to help you determine how it should be repainted.
