Flate rate time for 88 work

Have had a dealer put bearings (Main,rod, front,and rear seals) head was not pulled, but dealer pulled engine out as they also replaced clutch. My question is what would be the hrs. for such a job? Ideally from a flat rate manual or from your own experience..thanks much in advance..
