Oliver single bottom plow -what is it? How do I fix it?

I have a single bottom plow which I pulled out of the weeds. It's old and has one broken part but I'd like to fix it and/or just use it as is if its safe to. On the plow bottom is stamped OLIVER NO22 1680 (the last two digits are not exactly readable so I'm not sure whether they are correct).

There is a broken part on the left inside axle which would seem to allow on tractor adjustment of the plow.

What is the plow? Is it possible to fix? Where could I get the broken part or drawings/pictures of how it should look so I could repair it? Is it safe to pull the plow as is behind my MF 50 tractor?

It looks like it is good enough to do the limited plowing I need to do, but I'd like to understand how much is actually broken before I try to use it.

There were differant models that could use the same bottems,so trying to guess what you have is hard.One model has a arm with coggs on it,when tripped it comes down and engages the hook rollers on the left axel. This raises the plow which stays up untill released. It's comon for these parts to get broken. Is this like your plow.

Yes, the plow has an arm with detents in it which catches on a wheel-like piece with round rods to catch on. This part does not seem to be broken.

The end of the left axle where the plow height adjustment bar rides is half sheared off so that only about half of the round part is left, instead of being a complete cylinder. It would be nice to have a picture of what the axle is supposed to look like so I can repair it. Does anyone have such a picture, know the best way to make such a repair, or where I could just get the part?
