I'm looking at a KD Loader for my 1650. The dealer wanted to know what type of remotes I had and the type of valves I had. I was looking at the joy stick control to use instead of my two levers on the remotes, that was the reason he was asking about the type hyd. system I had. (open or closed circuit hydraulics?).

The 1650 system is a open center. Oil flows from the flow divider (supplies oil for the power steering) on the left side of the housing, to the left remote to the right remote, then to the servo valve (controls the rockshaft). If you need both of the remotes, there is a power beyond port in the cover that contains the remote valves. If you need to use the power beyond let me know and I will give you details.
