I just bought a 1650-G to use for pasture mowing, manure management, hauling round bales, etc. It is my first tractor. Will it handle 1500lb round bales on a balespike on the loader? Are there any periodicals out that would be helpful for a novice?

Love my 1650 and 550,just overhauled the 1650 and it runs great with the oliver loader that I just bought for it.....At times I think it can pick anything. I do seem to have a problem with the three point hitch lefting the 1000 bales my friend tells me that there is a mixing valve that might need a cleaning. Also does anyone know how to put in the steering fluid for the power steering ?? p.s. I use my 550 for moving my bales.

The tractor will handle as much front weight as the front (standard Size & ply) tires will.
