Visited Tosch's in Capac Michigan (1/2 hour east of Port Huron on I-69). He had a pair of Olivers that have been converted to root crop harvesters (probably sugar beets or potatoes here in Michigan). One is a 1600 gas and the other is a 1650 gas. Kind of neat to see as the tractor sits about 3 feet higher than normal. The rear wheels are relocated and chain driven, and the front axle spaced down. Each has a bar type elevator/shakeout system on it. They look like they probably run. If anyone is interested in a unique restoration these would be neat. Area code is 810, don't know the number, but try Tosch's Auction Service. FYI, they have many other Olivers parted (including some of the big 4WD Olivers), plus many combines and tractors of other flavors.
