550 power steering

I am trying to find power steering for my 550 and I am not having any luck. Would anyone out there know of any salvage yards/individuals that might have a 550 to part out with power steering?

They are nice, rare and therefore expensive. Try Maibach, or Stamm 616-792-6204 (MI) I would be shocked if you could get the complete system for under $500. I think the steering box, spindles, pitman arms are the same; the steering shaft, tie rod ends are differnet, plus the pump, char-lyn unit, hoses, and cylinders. I would suspect you're looking close to $1000 for the stuff. Let us know so the rest of us can know what we're in for when we get there...

After one month of searching no luck... however I have found bits and pieces here and there. Most folks have mentioned $1200 or more for a good complete system if it were out there. The search goes on....
