Oliver 77, Missing S/N. Do you know the year of this tractor?

I have an Oliver 77 standard with factory hydraulics and LPTO. The serial number plate has been destroyed by someone scratching it to hard with a wire brush. I would like to know the year of this machine. Can anyone help me?

Under the frame are cast marks giving the month and year that the frame was cast. This is probably as close as you will come

Look under the tractor where you drain the gear oil from the transaxel, the date will be in raised numbers cast right in the metal. Take a wire brush with you and maybe a putty knife if it's covered with goo.

I found the year by looking at the frame. It is a 1951. Thanks for your help in finding it everybody.
