Oliver 70 RC Paint Scheme

I have a 1947 Oliver 70 RC. I have seen many pictures of 70 Olivers and they all seem to be painted differently. The red, except for the wheels, seems to be different on every tractor. Some have a red stripe down the side, some have the center of the grill red with yellow lettering, some have the "70" in yellow over red. Could someone please tell me what should be red besides the wheels if anything.

George W. - I have a 1941 70 RC waiting to be repainted and I have the same question as you do. Most 70 RC's that I've come across have yellow grills and yellow 70's. The Oliver on the front grill is red as with the rear wheels. Where can we get factory info for the paint scheme? Brian
