You could run to hartparroliver.org and send a complaint.But again I really believe they are doing the best they can,you could always offer to help or even apply for the job.Really I wouldnt want it alot easier to complain.It was only $20.00 you people act like it was 200.00.

I hav eto agree with Dsl. and highboy on this one. I am not a subscriber, but I have seen a few copies of the mag. perhaps it isn't their fault, maybe a printers fault or something?
