I can't answer your question exactly, Adam, but regular speed for a 1650 Hydra Power Drive model is 13.61 MPH, and add 20% for an Over/Under Hydraul Shift one, so 16.3 MPH. The optional high speed transmission (I presume with Over/Under) gave a 21.09 MPH road speed. My former next door neighbour was a Cockshutt/White trained mechanic, and he told me of a 1650 Over/Under model they had in with the high speed transmission, and a high speed crown and pinion. He said they took it out, and clocked it at 32MPH on the road! There was a very steep hill on this particular stretch of highway, with slow lanes for semis, and they were running in the fast lane with the 1650, passing the semis up the hill with it! This was down in hustling, bustling south western Ontario, and apparently a custom operator ordered the tractor new that way to save time on the road.
