I just bought a 550...I think??(numbers on the tag are 515-7134, 235012 484) It"s yellow and has a loader and backhoe. I also think it has a 155 waukesha gas motor. not sure on that either Anyhow, I have some water in the oilpan..it seems to run fine. I haven"t done a compression test on it yet. I"m thinking that it has a blown head gasket or crack somewhwere??? ...it also has some blowby coming out of the oil fill. Since I"m a new guy could some of pro"s here shed some light on this for me. I would appreciate it
thanks
mike

I am pretty sure this is a 1972 White 2-44, which is really a late Oliver 550 Industrial.
It likely has a model 613 backhoe and a model 588 loader, but you would need to check with Floyd County Museum to get the original build card for details like that. Or post a pic and we can tell you by looking at it.
If you can find decals let me know and I can provide a lot of specs for you. I have a 1968 model (for example, my decals say 2-44 13LL).

Others on here can help you with the mechanical stuff much better than I can.
