Six cylinder gas engine, serial # 1065733, has casting numbers on block 1KA-100E and 1190320-K, can anyone tell me if this is the correct engine for the 880 thanks

For an early 880. Later ones use a block that had some changes made to the block.

the serial number on the tractor shows it to be a 1961, my problem is , this spring when I got it out, the water pump was leaking, I looked up the part number in the parts book but the number on the pump body 180160 shows it to be a pump for a 770, I don't understand this unless they are interchangable, but if so why would it show different casting numbers for them, 190160 or 190160-A for the 880 and 180160 or 180160-A for the 770

Those casting numbers will not be for a 1961 880 either. I would guess you are going to rebuild the water pump. The kits are all the same except the gaskets.

John, Any idea where I can get kits for these pumps, So far all I can find are pumps, Agco lists separate parts but no rebuild kits, By the way after I got the pump off and saw the number without trying to read it with a mirror it turns out to be the correct pump with a casting number 190160 which would make it a KS-350-A pump thanks
