Is it posible to install a MFD front wheel assist axel on a Cockshutt 1650? Also would it work on this tractor?

Some (probably not very many) were built with the required special bevel pinion shaft already installed. If it has that is it is easier, because it saves having to tear down the transmission completely. But there is still a lot of work to do to complete the job....and a lot of probably difficult to find parts, e.g. transfer case, drive shaft and complete front axle with steering cylinders.
What is the specification number of your 1650?

You will need the long pinion shaft for the drop box to hook to. If you tractor does not already have that, you'll have to install it. That's the bad part.
