I have what appears to be either a Oliver 770 or 880 (according to grill and the rest of the tin work) that powers the roller with a roller chain from each axel to a pair of wheels. It has a shuttle clutch that is controled by a hand lever whitch also seems to control the throttle No foot clutch. No hand throttle. No I.D. tag. the numbers on the left side of engine block between carb. and starter are: top line: 1ka 100 E; middle line: 190 320-K; bottom line: 2481 or 248. The rubber tired roller part is made by Tampo Mfg. and is used in road construction. I will try to post pictures this weekend. Can anyone tell me what the engine block numbers mean? It has a Funk Mfg shuttle clutch. Thankyou for your help and time. Armand
