Did Oliver ever make any films or movies on their tractors and machinery? I was wondering about some in the late 1960s or early 1970s. Anyone know where to find anything like this?

Blane Bolte was showing some of them at the convention in Waterloo this weekend. Lots of different topics. Quality of the tapes/films varies. Don't know where he got them (I suspect Floyd County) but they were interesting.

I ordered four tapes from Maryanne at the Floyd county museum last year . She can get you a list about four pages long with videos from the late 40's through the late 70's. Tractors, combines, tillage you name it. You pick out the videos you want (they vary from four or five minutes up to twenty) and she puts as many as she can on vcr tapes .

"Hillbilly6977" on ebay had a half dozen White Farm vcr tapes for sale 2 or so months ago-I believe they brought around 100 bucks. I also think Floyd County Historical Society has some available, but you'd have to call them to find out what they exactly got.

I've got a video of the "color blind plow". I bought it from the Hartland chapter of the HPOCA. Don't know if they are still selling them or not.

It's from the mid 60's and tells that Oliver plows will work on any color tractor. WB.

The one I remember had a model 25 combine in the film. This was probably in the winter of 61 or 62. Reason I remember that my employer had sold the combine and the owner was a regular customer.
