The three point hitch will not work. It will not go up or down. You can lift it up by hand and there is no presure on it. On the hydraulic hoses we only have fluid power on one hose. I believe it is in the control valve. Is there a place to purchase this valve or a rebuild kit? Or should I be looking at another problem. The pump appears to be working and the power steering is also working.

Back in the 80's we had 2 1450's on the farm. One was a very good tractor. One problem we had was when the hydraulic pump was worn on one of them, it would loose its prime. The power steering would always work as it was on a separate pump connected to the front of the crankshaft. The pump was more likely to loose its prime in the winter. This may be what is going on with your tractor. A solution was to back up a steep hill and get the reservoir in the back of the tractor a lot higher than the pump at the front. A few revs of the enginge and it would establish a flow. We later got a new pump from the White dealer in St Clet, Quebec and that solved the problem.
Let us know if this helps.

Not too many folks around with experience on those Fiat builts. There might be a valve to the 3pt. I've seen them on auctions before where things wouldn't work, somebody would step up and monkey with something and fix the problem. Do you have a manual for it? I don't know if the Floyd County Museum has them for the Fiat builts or not. 641 228 1099

Thanks everyone, we are still working on the main valve control. But nothing seems to be working.
