Any chance I could get a picture of your hydraulic cylinder set up?

I have about 25 acres of same type old hayfeild. And no 3 point at least yet but do have the hydraulics so if I can find a junker with the parts I'd like to add that.

I'll start hunting for the Woods mower too

Thanks Peter

I put a hyd cyl. on this mower after one day of cutting, that way i can quickly lift it when a rock gets underneath,i've seen a number of these in the photo adds on this sight.i'm sure you have more hp than my a and it did a fine job.the first cut took some time but now it's going alot quicker.

Not sure how big your fields are but our property we purchased had about 15 acres of old overgrowen pasture.I purchased a used pull behind woods mower and even with all the rock etc I managed to find under the grass it worked every well to keep it clean up.I ended up with a pull behind because at the time I only had my john deere a and ar with no three point or live pto and even with those it worked great. Now with my cockshutt with more power and live pto next year it should go a bit quicker.Hopefully get to the point where i can use the sickle mower.
