Are the internal engine parts such as rings, main bearings and rod bearings interchangable between the 95 hp V8 and the 9N tractor engine?

The N flathead was one half of a 100HP 59AB. Lotsof things are the same. Pistons for the V8 are 4 ring but would fit. Valve guides, springs and keepers are the same. Oil pump kit is same as v8 6ohp or early 6cyl. Point sets the same as v8, flywheel pilot bearing same, starter is 60hp v8 with fields and brushes same as 32-48 v8 or 6. Gasket set same as 41-42 4cyl truck. actual engine same as 41-42 4cyl truck except trk has fuel pump.
