Good 1 row planter for corn and 8n

I want to plant 2 or 3 acres of corn with the 8n. Any good suggestions on a used planter, 1 0r 2 rows to go behind the 8n? I would like to use a plate system for seed like John Deere? so i can switch to sunflower or beans.

Any Ideas on models to look at?

I use a Cole planter, this'n was mounted to a 3 point Gill cultivator, i converted it to a fast hitch. I tried to werk my corn with the N, a Farmall off set will beat it hands down. Theirs nuttin I N'joy better than plant'n and cultivating corn.

I think we'd all like to find a nice Ford or Dearborn planter for our tractors.
What I've found after searching for one for 8 years is that they are uncommon and when they do show up they sell for big money due to their collectability. There was a time that small planters of any brand sold for scrap price due to everyone going bigger. But now everyone wants one for their deer plot or garden and it has driven the prices of all small planters sky high.
What I am seeing is people buying those JD 71 Flex planters and cutting them down into one or 2 row to sell to the hobby farmers.
If you were willing to do the work I would start looking for a 71 Flex and make your own. You could probably make enough selling a second or 3rd one to pay for your own and make a pretty penny to boot.
Another option is you want to go low tech is to buy an old hand planter.
As long as I could remember my grand dad would put in an acre or two with one of these and sell the sweet corn to the tourists who rented his cabins.
