I went out this morning to plow my 500 foot drive of 2 inches of snow capped with frozen rain. I go out to the barn, hit the key and nothing. After I look around a bit I see the problem. A couple of days ago I was plowing snow at the end of my drive and the traffic was heavy so I turned on my headlights for safety. Yep, the switch was still on. I put a charger on it but no seat time till this afternoon. If nothing else my riding mower is sitting next to it close enough to jump it.

Went out and she started right up. I had 100 amp electric put in the barn last summer so it aint quite the pain in the butt it use to be. Hooked up my battery charger that I bought from Rinks back in the early 80s.

Handy item but actually cheaper to keep an extra battery on hand.
