I am seeing an early 8n engine with a 2n tranny and what ever else!!???

also may have a sherman shifter, peeking around in one of the pix. Looks to me like it may have a water leak, or oil stain on the left side of the engine block. I would check this "N" out pretty close before I bought it.

Ford 2N; oval radius rods. This looks like it would make someone a fine little work horse. I've owned and continually used a 2N for many years and it has proven to be an economical, strong, dependable machine. These "N" Fords are deceptively powerful little machines for their size.

Definitely not. Maybe a 2n with the oval tube radius rods?
