i have had my ckank turned 30 20 new bearings on the way alone with everything else is it nessicery to plastigage these new bearing ?

it's not a bad idea to get the rods checked all of mine were off one by .008 got them resized and now i don't have to worry about which shims were on which rod (don't need them) and it only cost $10 for all 4 (i also had to get the bushing hole reamed so the new bushing(for the wrist pin) would press fit just right) check them rods!!!!

Always plastigage, if you don't, you'll find out later that you got the wrong size bearing or your machinist made an oops when he was reading the mic. It only takes a few minutes extra time to have peace of mind.

Mine were turned 20 and 30 also and I plastigaged them and found everything right in specs. Also just for piece of mind.

It wouldn't hurt. That way you'll be sure it's right before you get too far. It's cheap insurance for peace of mind.
