I am a JD guy who owns a 9n that needs a little work. I am going to rebuild the gov, and was curios on how much of a job this is going to be?
Should I save a weekend, or an evening?
Thanks Adam Koch

hey Tom..... ..Adam said he was a JD guy, better make that 4-hrs (grin)

Adam..... ..governor is NOT rocket science, infact rocket engines have governors on their fuelpumps.

Hope you have squandered $27 (cheap) for the I&T FO-4 manual, I can even get one at my local John Deere dealer. Isn't that amazing?

Most governor problems are flat-spotted balls and grooved races..... ...Dell
