I would like to use the draw bar to pull a trailer and I am wondering how to keep it stationary? Thank You, Carl

I just made a top connector for my drawbar out of heavy steel angle bar. At the bottom it bolts through one of the holes in the drawbar. At the top, a pin runs through it to the top link connector bar, just like any other implement. The purpose is to keep the drawbar from rotating.

With a trailer ball on the drawbar I can move my two trailers around my place. It's handy because with the tractor I can raise the ball right up into the trailer hitch and pick it up. I wouldn't move a heavy, loaded, trailer with this rig - but for my bass boat or my 18' (empty) flatbed it works great.

I'll have to take a picture of the 8N towing a bass boat. When fishing, I sometimes see people who live on the lake launch 'em that way!

You can get a stationary drawbar clamp from Tractor Supply and large farm & ranch stores for around $26.

I have the pictured SpeeCo anti-rotation device on my shelf for $30, includes shipping.
