Hey fellas way OT here but ran into a fella sellin a bunch of toys and these two caught my eye. The Mighty Murc Wood Splitter with 5HP Briggs 12 or 15 ton and a Yamaha TimberWolf 2wd Quad. This guy takes VERY good care of his stuff and they are both in mint or very near condition. Question is do any of you have good or bad experience with either of these? hes not giving them away but figure i can sell my quad and splitter and come out good... Thanks....

Gota agree with Mike on the spliter it's on the small side. Better off spliting by hand what it'll handle and save on the gas. Could be why he's upgrading. The Quad is OK but again on the small side but that can be a good thing in the woods they are a little more nimble than the BIG machines in tight places. Again would bet he's wanting to upgrade larger. JMHO AB

depending on how much you are going to split...i don`t think you would be happy with a 12 ton splitter.....mine is 24 ton and every now and then it hears some language not fittin` for mixed company..... had a 3 wheeler, yamaha, that every once in a while i wear my own boot print for ever selling....mike
