I'm repainting a Jubilee and begining to reassemble...I've got two pieces of black rubber, they are about 1 1/2 inches long, 1 inch wide and a 1/2 tall. They have a groove on one side. I think they came off the radiator or hood. They look like they are meant to be a spacer or some type of cushion.

Does anyone know exactly what they are for? Any help would be appreciated.

Gene

Gene,I think those are the bumpers that go on the hinge side of the hood tokeep it from hitting the hood.I would leave them off untill the paint hardens.

Think what you are looking at go between the radiator and hood with the groove sliding over the hood. ray
