820 backhoe...what's it worth?

Hi all,
I looked at an 820 Special Utility with a Wagner(?) loader and a Sherman Power Digger backhoe about a week ago. The guy that has it wants to get a newer tractor with 4WD and just a front bucket, and wants to know what his 820 is worth.
Tractor runs fine, doesn't smoke or use any oil. Sheet metal is in good shape with no rust holes. Loader has it's own front stinger pump and valves; backhoe has seperate pump that is driven by the PTO. Loader frame in good shape, boom on the hoe has several welded patches/fishplates on it. All hydraulics work. Tractor has a 5 speed tranny. This is strictly a utility tractor...it has no 3pth, no lift arms, and doesn't have the camshaft-driven hydraulic pump like other 800 series tractors.
Now for the down side. The pump seal of the backhoe leaks hydraulic oil past the PTO shaft seal and overfills the differential, which, of course, runs out the wheel seals and oils up the brakes.

Any ideas of what it is worth?
Thanks,

I had a 601 workmaster 5 speed with the same front loader, no backhoe ,low hours, all original and in fair shape , I gave it a good paint job and sold it for 3900 that was back in 96, I should have kept it or held out for more , but I needed the money, hope this helps .

Eddie, I really like the tractor and backhoe. Does it have a high/low sherman? On my 1801, which is an industrial 800, I have the low gear for bucket loading...and that is nice. This tractor looks to be in really good shape and has been taken care of. In my part of the country, I think it would be worth $5000 to $6000. One word of caution....Once you have a backhoe in your life, you will never, ever be able to live without one again.
