Lift is REAL SLOW with draft Control

Problem of the week.....My 51's hydrolics work great and always have(they leak down a bit quick but oh well)...Last week though I plowed with it for the first time..so I used the draft control for the first time as well. When draft control is activated it seems to keep the plow nice and level like it should but won't lift the plow up when I pull up on the touch control lever at the end of the row. If I sit in neutral and run the engine for like a minute or two it eventually comes up....but not immediately like it should, so at the end of every row I'm having to flip the draft control switch off to raise the plow.

What do you guys suggest?????
