i'm trying to figure out what exactly is holding the truck up, and what those two guys are standing on....interesting vantage point for the camera.

I blew the picture up and looks like the guys are standing on a parallel bank.. possible to the reporter/camera operator. Appears the truck started crossing, and the bridge gave out to the rear of the truck, truck fell through,, rear hitting the bottom , and is probably only being supported by small debri, and the reminants of the load in the box. I'm surprised they would have a wooden bridge that allowed loads like that.. unless this guy was trying to dodge a scale or something.
