Thank you for being so generous with your time and photos. Too much info is not enough so tell you family that I for one am thankful that you took so much of your time to provide me with much information. I checked out all of your photos and studied them. I need to install septic, dig water lines electric etc. Needs similar to yours. I have much decomposed granite "DG" and rock. It can be very tough to dig. I have 20 acres in So. California and much privacy in spite of the millions of people. 4500 ft elevation. Nice and quiet. Even if the Backhoe does not pay for itself it will come close as I have paid my neighbor about $ 2,000.00 over the past few years for him to dig with his backhoe. As for the "hard on the tractor" info, I found it here at YT. Apparently some of the newer tractors have literally cracked in two due to the stress of the 3 point backhoe. Posts strongly recommended sub frame. Our Fords are stronger so I am not so concerned and I sure would not test the limits of a backhoe. It seems that all of the Woods products are well regarded. I am also considering Bush Hog, Kelly, and Great Bend. Again, thanks for your response with specifice answers to my questions and the pictures were woth the proverbial thousand words.
