The lady who had ordered a ZANE THANG, A LIVE THANG and had installed both herself unaided by mankind finally got it to work. (LIVE THANG)

Seems that in all our conversations on the phone and Email that I got to suspecting that she might be having a problem with air being drawn into the LIVE THANG system. When I asked her if she was sure that she had tightened all the hose and filter connections and the filter cartridge that she had not even touched them when she got the package. She just assumed that they were all tight and installed it the way it came in the box.

After she had tightened all the fittings etc. she Emailed me that it worked like a charm when she tried it again and that she did really appreciate all the help from me and the board members that tried to help. (The instructions tell you to check and tighten the connections) I just put it all together so it is easier to see how everything goes.

Anyway she is up and running and making food for her 10 children and husband.

(She did inform me that she has a wonderful husband but that he doesn't know diddly about mechanics and just supplies the money for her to buy what is needed for her to get the job done!) :O)

All's well that ends well anyway!

And I take my hat off to any woman who is smart enough to do what she does!

Zane

This lady deserves a lot of respect for her willingness and perseverance. With 10 children, I wonder if anyone ever told her what causes that. Mam, I'm just kidding! Seriously, congratulations to you and many happy years of "N-ing". DickTN
