How do you install the control valve assembly to the control lever fork on a 2N 1946 Ford Tractor
after the top has been put in place ?

It is kind of tuff to get on but I do it through the dip stick side. First I hook the side on away from me and pull the fork towards me and hook the other side on. I reach in with my hand to do it, you haft to have eyes on your fingers to get it on!! Just keep tring you will get it on. Mark H.

Go though the round side cover with your hand or through the drain plug hole with a tool.

Bill,
You need to spread the forks and and insert each end of the valve into a fork end. Easier than it sounds. Buy a buddy a beer and have him pull on one fork end while you insert the valve end from the other side.
