Bought a 3-point Dearborn mower, couldn't figure out how to mount it on my '50 8N. Ordered a manual from N-News. It shows I need to have "extension arms" on the 3-point arms. Does someone else have the mower with these? What is the length? I can make some until I can find the originals.

Got one in front of me.... OAL 8.75 inches. holes are at 90 degrees to each other, holes are 5/8 inch. at 7 5/8 iches on centre. Look in the archives, someone had made up a set from black iron pipe fittings and I cant remember if they used straight half inch fittings or half inch by three quarter " T " fittings. either way you would have to shorten uo the "T" part to fit the yokes on the 3pt. The width on mine is 1 7/8 ins. Do you also have the under axle brackets ? youll need those too and they are different for each side and often are not with the mower but get left on the tractor. Good luck, the mower is B---- to hook up on your own but works well.

I believe the holes are 7.5 inches apart on center at 90 degrees from each other.
