I boughta 2n with 8N engine. It suddenly died, I mean dead. Someone had converted to 12V incorrectly. I cried for help on this forum. I recieved many answers,(thanks to all),Dell's answer was most helpful and I communicated with him via his E-Mail. I have now converted to a complete 12V, new points, condenser, cap, plug wires.Lizzey started on a tick, purrs like a kitten, charges, and shuts off when the ignition is turned off. All this following Dells advice. I have read several post by distracters criticizing some of his replies. This man gives of his time and knowledge to help us challanged people. Sure he is a 12v advocate, and he has a 8N 6v, but as my grandfather said, if it aint broke, don't fix it. If it is broke fix it right. I fixed it right Dell, thanks for the help.

There is a saying on the "bull"iten board where I work (Pitney Bowes); "If it ain't broke It ain't got enough features on it yet"
Congrats on your success!
