Lot of bashing been going on lately. There's some things about some members of this forum that I find disagreeable from time to time, but I find I enjoy my life more if I look at the positives. Everyone has positives. It's easy to point out the negatives or things we don't like. Takes a little more effort to find something positive about a person when everyone else is pointing out the bad things. I'd like to get personal for a moment on a few of the recent bashing victims:

Dave#1: We've all been made aware of his "faults" as perceived by some. But, you gotta admire someone who has the strength of character to quit the nicotine addiction. Also, I've had occasion to seek his help on a non-tractor related problem. I knew he had the knowledge, but would he be willing to help a "stranger"? He came through like a champ.

Dell: He has the experience and is willing to share it. He's on this board everyday, so you can depend on the fact that if you have a question, it will be looked at by Dell. If he has a word of advice that will benefit you, he will give it.

Nolan: Been a long time since he got chased off. I personally miss his input. I found his knowledge useful and his insights of worth. Plus, he could tell a story like no other....some real writing talent there.

Andy: He stepped up without being asked and provided a service for anyone here who wished to use it. At considerable cost to him.

There are others, and there will be more. Just keep in mind that everyone has something positive to contribute....and everyone will have their days when it's better we ignore their comments rather than take personal offense. If I have offended anyone here with this post (or with anything I may have posted in the past) then I apologize. Have a great day!

I couldn't have send it better. Although I'm not much of a contributor, I would like to at least contribute my artwork to Dell.

He's the man here at the N-board. I want to thank Dell for all his help and being the N-board's "big toe".

Hat's off to ya Dell and thanks Jim for the nice post.

Amen Jim(Hey I like that name). Some folks need to let dead dogs lay. Everybody gets a feather ruffled now and again, big deal.
