Hello All!!

I'm in the process of restoring our families 1945 Ford 2N. I have 95% original parts, but I'm trying to locate a rear rim. I have one original and one 6 loop replacement. I'm told these rims are no longer manufactured. Does anyone have a used "hat type rim" that they are willing to sell? Any suggestions where I might fine one? Thanks in advance for the help!

John

Thanks for the reply and yes I'm very interested, but I'll need some help to make sure I get the correct rim. I'm not very educated with these type of rims, but if I've done it correctly I've tried to attach a picture of the rim I need. I have the weight assembly. I just need the rim and bolts. Again this is for a 1945 2N Ford. The rim size is 10 x 28. The tire size is 11.2 - 28. Thanks Again!!

John

If you look at the 3rd picture, you'll notice a difference in the flange width. Measure the flange on your wheel and let me know what you find. I'll measure mine and see if they match up. Don B has the bolts and nuts for attaching the rim to the wheel disc.

BG,

If I understand you correctly the flange measurement is approximately 1.5". I believe it represents the "A" configuration you are showing.

Also, I noticed in a previous discussion you had a Ford 2N badge. I have the Ferguson badge, but I need the other.

Thanks Again!!
John

What diameter are you looking for?

The rim size is 10 x 28 and the tire size is 11.2-28. I believe this is correct to the best of my knowledge. I've attached a picture of the rim I'm looking for. I have the weight assembly. I'm just looking for the rim and bolts.

Thanks,
John
