Can anyone describe the factory routing for the wiring harness on a late model 8N? Specifically, I'm wondering how the harnesss is routed down to the starter and generator from behind the dash.

The wiring going to the generator goes through the tube mounted on the top of the head. Unless you work and work and work and can't get the !!@$&%^ thing through the #%$^&^%^$ tube, then you can take some wire ties and kinda wrap them around the !!@#@#$ tube with the wiring on the outside of the !!@#$$% tube held in place by a very user friendly plastic wire wrap (can you guess that I had difficulty with the tube?) (GRIN)

Hope this helps.
