does anybody no how gallons per minute a front pump for a dearborn loader should be? or is there a different rating.

Bob, Someone on this board mentioned 10 gal/ min in the past. I sounds resonable to me.

Gallons per minute is directly related to cycle time. More gallons faster cycles. I used a twelve gallon per minute parker on the shop built loader on one of my 8ns and have reasonable cycle times. If you try to use the tractor hydralics you will be measuring cycle times with a calander instead of a watch.

N-Hydraulic pump ratings: about 2.5 gpm and about 1500 psi..... .kinda weak sister, but works great for 3-point hitch lift arms (unless ya blown sumptin...different story)..... ...Dell
