I went back through the archived e-mails, but found nothing on the following.....

Can anyone tell me what the correct pressure should be on my 8N with front mounted pump? I think the pressure relief is popping off early...

thanks

Bob, thanks for the offer to help, and yes I'm the same with the odd-behaviored loader.

I've got a pressure gauge to put in the outlet side of the pump, because it almost acts like it's cavitating in the pump, but it's to the point now where when the open the valve to raise the loader the loader raises a foot or so and then if I hang on the valve, the loader starts going back down !!

I admit I haven't spent a lot of time looking at it (work, work, work), but would like to figure out where the problem lies....

Thanks Dave

Hi Dave Think you posted before, gave you a long winded reply then thought of something simple, it's usually that way. If this is the same problem the loader lifts only slightly then stops each time you try to lift. The engine also loads down when you try to lift. Three ? Has anyone modified the plumbing ei. quick disconnects anywere to power something else?
What kind of noise are you hearing and from where, when you lift?
Are your lift cyls powered down too or just up, is the dump powered or trip?
Post back and I'll try to help you. Bob
