I may be mistaken, but the license plate bracket I purchased from Don at Jut8N's is from Dennis Carpenter. The paper included with it said New Old Stock. It fit the rear fender bracket and red light assembly well. Of course the "white" lense for the rear red tailight is positioned to face upward to illuminate the plate at night (I've seen them installed with the white lense facing down). May want to call Don and verify this.

This post just makes me glad that Missouri doesn't make us buy a license for tractors - yet.

The revenuin' so-and-so's have found a way to tax everything else they can think of. My bass boat has to have FOUR licenses (boat, trailer, motor, trolling motor) - so my N's don't need to help the state's "revenue enhancement" program any. Hopefully, I'll never be looking for a license plate frame for mine!

You know, I've been down that road and come to think of it I had two trolling motors. A foot control for the front and a transom mount in the rear for my buddy who kept getting hung up all the time. Well, thats five and don't forget the license on the vehicle to tow it with. And, oh yes, the $15 fishing license. How do I know all this? I took a reporter fishing with me one time and I read it in the paper the next day. L8R----Fred

they ought to charge you a surcharge just for managing all those licenses for you

On top of making him buy four licenses, they then have the guts to charge him a personal property tax on each item every year (you can show you paid it you don't get a license)! Whoever said taxes are cheaper in Missouri ain't never lived here.

A little off the tractor subject, but 12 years ago I bought my what I callmy recreational property and put a small camping trailer on it. WE used this trailer for probably 8 years or so and a good friend of mine accross the road had a bigger trailer for sale cheap. I bought it, moved it to our property and was about to put a shelter over top to protect it from heavy snowfall. A building inspector came along when I wasn't there and put a STOP WORK ORDER on my shelter. They made new by-laws saying that shleters would be illegal and not onel that but because I put a new trailer on the property , I now had to have a septic tank installed instead of the old out house. Not only that but only one trailer was allowed on the property , so now I had to remove the old trailer. Govts. know how to tax and keep theri jobs important by applying more taxs and laws to keep us poor.

Dennis Carpenter sells a new old stock license plate bracket for your tractor. It is part # 8N-13406, and retails for $12.00. You can call them at (800) 476-9653, or check them out at their website, just follow the link below. (The website is a little slow and a little confusing, but worth a shot. Make sure to get a catalog from them, they have lots of neat stuff) Good luck!!

Wow, talk about a "platform specific" web site. Not much works on this online catalog unless you view it from a PC.
