I just received a copy of this "14th in Series" calendar, with a picture of a beautifully restored tractor for each month. The cover pic shows a father/son pair setting up for a pull-off between a Farmall MV and a JD AW. The cover photo and all but one of the monthly photos were shot by YT forum member Mike Hood (2FordsMike), and the June 2003 picture shows Mike's really sweet Jubilee. If you want one and can't find it locally, you can call 800-421-5254 for information on it.

Happy Holidays..... .....Ed

Howdy Ed-
I get my Classic Tractor calendar every year from a place called The Country Gallery which coincidentally has the same phone number as you listed-800-421-5254. Very nice stuff. They also have reprint Remington and Peters calendars with dates that correspond to 2003 (1919 & 1930)...

Forum members have expressed an interest in a N-Series calendar, so how can we accomplish this for next year? Who's photos do we use and who's we don't could be voted on like the buttons. Or, we select 12 this year and then twelve new ones for next year, etc. Finding a printing company isn't hard. Fixing a cost so profits can be sent to Kim would be feasible also. The classic tractor calendar sells for $9.95 so we could sell ours for around there too. What do ya'll thiNk of this idear???

The N Calendar is a great idea (I'll take one, at least). My tractor isn't worthy... unless you want unrestored and unwashed ones. Please include Jubilee's, as I think they're special to any 9N/2N/8N owner.

How about on some months adding a small inset photo of what the tractor looked like before restoration? Might be kinda neat, but would require a photo from a pretty decent camera I am guessing. Also, an old B&W photo from when the tractor was new might be neat, if available, either as an inset or as the main feature.

That's just my two cents.

Yes, thanks for the plug. And thanks to all the guys on this forum who have helped me with my Fords. I have learned more about Ford tractors in the past 3-4 years than I had learned in the previous 40-50 years thanks to this forum and to some other very helpful collectors and fixers of Ford tractors. 2fordsmike

A picture of Mike and his tractor made the front page of the Iowa Ag section of today's Des Moines Register. Here's the story, unfortunately the online version doesn't include the pix. Steve 8N 169302

Ed,
I got the 13th right here by the computer and I am enjoying the 641 Workmaster this month. Those are great pictures (wish they were all Fords though). Have there been any other N-Board members get their tractors on the calendar in the past? I especially like the little stories that accompany each months pic. We get our copy from the local fertilizer and chemical dealer. John in Nebraska
